I work on the U87 glioblastoma cell line, I culture the cells in DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% L-Glu and 1% strep,
I put my cells in culture, I checked them after a day and I didn't find any problem, after 2 days i found these weird microorganisms running in the medium (100-200µm scale).
PS: there is no change in the color or smell of the culture medium.
Can anyone please tell me what these organisms are and if it is possible to get rid of them by changing the solution and what precautions should be taken so that this does not happen again?

Achwek Meftahi hi, it is either your stock culture is contaminated beyond strep %age or your media is contaminated since you stated these particle "run" i assume they are alive. I would take a sample of day 2 dish growth medium after scraping to make sure i got these, and gram stain it under microscope just to identify organism, and put a prepared medium in a dish without cells in the incubator to identify source of microorganism. Hi Achwek Meftahi , by looking at the way they move on the video, I would suggest these are spirochetes (corkscrew-like motion).
As Rabeah suggested, I would also put a sample of fresh medium in a culture flask : if something grows, the contamination comes from the medium ... You don't specify if you have seen anything in the medium bottle ?
The contamination might also come from the manipulation : contaminated BSC (especially if you are not the only person/team using it), contaminated incubator (if the culture flasks are ventilated) ... In any case I would suggest a thourough decontamination/cleaning of the equipments you use, with the disinfectant and/or detergent you use routinely in your lab. Even if the contamination does not come from them, it is better to stop the potential spreading due to your culture.
And regarding the treatment, I suppose the best way to treat depends on the identification of your contaminant !
