Generally, what is important to consider when choosing an ELISA kit ?

I want to buy some ELISA kits for one or more of these proteins for measurement in blood plasma/serum:

PTPN6

STXBP2

LSP1

TBXAS1

SYK

However, for some proteins a lot of different kits exist, and for others very few. How do I chose the "best" kits?
