Freely available data set including both gene expression and a measure of insulin sensitivity?

Hi!

I have some data I like to test in an independent data set. What I need is gene expression data (preferably from skeletal muscle) and a measurement of insulin sensitivity (preferably from the hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp).

Do anyone know where to look? I find a lot of micro array data sets, but I also need some data on insulin sensitivity.
