Can anyone suggest me how to study the expression level of genes in a tissue when I need to compare among those genes? Eg., I need to study three different kinases in a tissue and want to know which one is highly expressed among them in that tissue.
There are a number of resources for this, here are a few:

thank you
As Harlan said number of methods available
Just read about the following methods
1) Semi-quantitative PCR
2) qRT-PCR
3) cDNA subtractive hybridization
4) in-situ hybridization/PCR
5) Micro-array analysis of your transcriptome
6) Transcriptomics by NGS
7) Amplicon sequencing for some particular genes
While you analyse the stone columns in 3D plaxis, the interface should be used. What is the importance of that.
