I assume, you are going to solve a creep problem. Equations in your attachment give the components of the tangent stiffness tensor. In addition, you need to update creep strains (components of creep strain tensor). To this end you may apply the forward Euler method as follows

creep strains(new time increment): creep strains(current time increment)+creep rates(current time increment)*time step size.
