Wonder if any one can through some light on estimation of corrected troponinT on a post dialysis sample if we have a haematocrit and ultrafiltration volume.
I have Pre- and post-dialysis troponin T values along with UF volume and haematocrits pre and post dialysis from Full Blood Count sample. I want to adjust raw troponin value for haemoconcentration during dialysis, but I don't have a Relative Blood Volume.

Trop T won't be reliable in presence of ckd.one should go in for trop I values..
Nearly all (> 90 %) patients with end stage renal function have increased levels of Troponin T. However a recent study published last month suggested that Troponin I may be used in these patient.
