You should give more information about what you want to do.
With those you cover some T, B and NK cell subsets and some B and T cell lymphomas.
It depends on your colors and the flow cytometer you are using as well!
What flow cytometer are you using, with what laser set up and detectors/mirrors? Are all your antibodies pre-conjugated or purified and you will be conjugating them yourself once you have worked out a panel, will you be using secondary antibodies?
thanks for replying, the research is on adult HCV pts to find out some lymphocyte markers changes including: T, B, NKT & regulatory cells, the flow cytometer is Becton Dickinson Facs calibur (four colours), no preparation decided yet (whole blood samples!!!؟؟؟)
