Hi, I would like to ask, why my reverse transcriptase from fermenter is less active than reverse transcriptase produced from flasks?

It is not surprising. Gene expression depends on cultivation conditions. But for the very start, you have to express enzyme activity per cell mass unit. Then you can compare flask vs bioreactor
