I guess I am not the single one asking for this matter (sorry about that, I am a bit on rush). Usually I am preparing nuclei prep for FACS, but I need to try a new thing and for that I need to dissociate mouse brain cells with trypsine or similar. Apparently accutase works better as long I have read about it, but I would really appreciate your suggestions, advice and protocols that might help me.

I got fairly good results using the neural tissue dissociation kit by MACS (see link) to isolate cells for FACS. I was using the kit with Papain for dissociation on mouse Sub Ventricular Zone tissue.
