@Yuhta...Thank for the answer, but in the 1st electrophoresis, there is only one band and i am cutting that band only..

@Yuhta sir..I completely agree with you, but the sizes of both bands are different . As I can see in 1st pic, there is no band of that size but it is visible in 2nd gel only.
