I haven't tried but I would suggest if you try once.
If you save the compensation matrix as .txt file in kaluza and drag this file to flowjo (as this software allow to import data from .txt file by dragging).
I hope this would work.
Also I will try this tomorrow at my place and will let you know it it works.
Flowjo doesnt allow importing .txt, you can export though. Also what I realized that the matrix built-in Kaluza is spectral compensation so the numbers don't work in FLowjo, there is a separate spectral compensation matrix that can be visualized but not sure how to edit.
