Sometime it happens that you got irreverent comments from the reviewer. Why our junk is full of invitations from substandard journals to join them as reviewer. If a person who is new or do not have grip on his work reviews your paper then what will happen? Experts should review the paper only! what you all thinks on it? please share.

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
