I would recommend you start by having a look at the English abstracts of the SI "Studiile de gen in Romania" [Gender Studies in Romania] in Revista Transilvania (2020): https://revistatransilvania.ro/11-12-2020/ It would give you an idea about who has already started mapping out this. On this matter, I would recommend reaching out to our Romanian colleagues listed alphabetically (I apologize for not having diacritics to write their names correctly): Ovidiu Anemtoaicei (not sure he has a university affiliation, works at Hecate publishing house); Ionela Baluta (UBU); Oana Baluta (UBU); Alina Dragolea (SNSPA); Diana Margarit (UAIC).
