Hello,

I am trying to perform proteomics on my serum exosomes, but having a really hard time doing so. The first time I could not get rid of the abundant serum proteins. The next time, I passed my samples through the Pierce top 14 abundant depletion kit but I was told that there were beads found inside the sample which would not result in a useful information for proteomics. Can anyone suggest me any kit or an alternative procedure that's available to deplete the abundant serum proteins in the serum exosomes so that it could be used for proteomics? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly helpful!

Thanks,
