Hi all actually I'm working on finfet using SRAM so I have simulated the finfet part in LTspice is it possible to import that spice code into cadence?

I tried importing the spice code which I have simulated in LTspice into cadence virtuoso 45nm technology the following error is coming

Did not find 'analogLib.PMOS:symbol'.

ERROR (SPICEIN-24): Spice In did not find the symbol view of the master cell 'PMOS' of the instance

'M1' in the subcircuit 'DGPMOS_internal'. Specify the reference library that has the symbol

view of the master cell, or use device-mapping to map 'PMOS' to a different cell.

please tell me how to proceed I'm not geeting it what to do next it will be very helpful
