Ethanol and glycerin will affect bioavailability of class III drugs after oral administration as solution? Will it depend on the formula´s osmolarity?

Ethanol can act as promotion enhancer and glycerin as well, when administered as co-solvents of BCS class III drugs. However, at the same concentration both excipients will have the same effect onthe drug absorption? On the other hand, will the polarity in both excipients affect the drug absorption if it is a weak base?

Different compounds will generally affect absorption differently. The excipient can for example solubilize the neutral form of the drug which then can be absorbed. So the polarity will be important.
