Hi every1. Need a technical answer. Want to do ace analyse. I lyophilised my proteins and want to hydrolyse them with pepsin tripsin and alcalase. I know the protocol. Prepared 8.4 ph and 1.5 ph buffer solution including nacl. I wanted to activate my enzymes with the buffer solution but my prof said me that it is not correct. Now being stuck and dont know what to do. Any help welcomed in advance. Many thanx
