i want to do my project on the activity of early endosome to transfer sorted protein from trans golgi to the endosome.what is the reason behind this transportation. is this ph mediated transfer then which is resposible for this ph change. or something else is responsible for this transport..plzzz suggest me complete information. i need it quickly.
I can't understand your means completely. But if you think pH is the reason, you need check
your medium conditions. Such as bicarbonate and medium mOsm.
