I would like to determine the level of antibodies against MICA in human plasma/serum using ELISA, does anybody know if there is a commercially available kit to do this kind of analysis?
Hi Hanna,
you can try with this kit:

the company that distributes the kits is reliable.
Tommaso,
unfortunatelly it is anti-MICA that I'm looking for.
Ma grazie mille.
OneLambda sells a Luminex-based kit for doing this. It includes the different extracellular MICA domains bound to beads.
