Dear colleagues,
I am using Arcgis10.1. In HRU while using landuse from MAP, getting following message :- "All geometries involved in this operation must have same spatial reference". I have rechecked all data (i.e. DEM, mask, table outlets, landuse, soil) and I re-projected them in ArcMaps to the same projection.
It's just a guess: Are you using as input mixed vector / raster data?
It may happen in the "old" ArcGIS version, that the same CRS has different names! ArcGIS is just checking the spelling of the names, not the definition of the CRS!
So make sure that the names of your CRS are exactly matching (or use a newer version of ArcGIS...)
Nope, this has nothing to do with raster/vector. The second part of Dietrich's response comes closer to a possible solution. Projections and coordinate systems are not the same: ArcGIS (any decent GIS) will balk if you are using different geodetic datums. So, make sure that you are really using the same coordinate system definition (ideally in form of a standardized code like EPSG).
Definitely a projection issue.
Ensure all your datasets are in one coordinate system and referenced to a common datum.
