After completion of CTAB method of DNA extraction and completing the final step of ethanol wash the DNA is left for drying. Since air drying takes a longer time, it is suggested to keep the Microfuge tube containing DNA pellet in a hybridization oven at 37-degree celsius. Will keeping the DNA in hybridization oven for drying make it hard and difficult to liquify further? or is air drying the better method
