Does anyone have any experiance with miScript miRNA PCR Arrays? I used the pathway-focused array with 84 different primer assays on the plate. I'm assuming the built-in normalizer controls (snoRNA/snRNA) should rise above the threshold. This did not happen in my assay. There is only amplification in the wells for the PPC (positive pcr control) and for 4 other micro-RNA's. For reverse transcription, instead of miscript II RT kit, I used the Universal cDNA synthesis kit from Exiqon.
Hi, we are currently using this technique, could you tell me what are the values of the six mirnas controls?? Or instead, could you please send me a copy of the Q-PCR array results?
Hi! There was practically no signal in the control wells. We realized that the Universal cDNA synthesis kit from Exiqon IS NOT compatible with the miSript miRNA arrays from Qiagen. We will be repeating the analysis as soon as we recive the miScript II RT kit. Which kit do you use for reverse transcription?
