If I make a phosphate buffer of pH 7.2 at RT and take it to 37 degree does it changes? What about simulated body fluid (SBF)?
It will change.
Hi Billa,
pH will decrease by around 0.003 pH units per 1°C increase in temperature. If you type "phosphate buffer temperature" into your search engine, you will find tables with temperature coefficients.
Best wishes, Jens
May I know the maximum chemical shift possible for carbon with hydroxy group.. like ferrocenyl alcohals.. like and geminal alcohals.. in13C NMR. Thanking you.

Some sources say it is treated as Newtonian as ethylene glycol has a higher viscosity than water, which affects the flow characteristics in simulations. But some also say it is non-Newtonian.
