I calibrated the qpcr machine 1 year ago and I have not used the machine for some experiment. I would like to know if I have to do another calibration, because I do not see any checklist that confirms the dual calibration has been done. On the another hand, I see I can do a optical test, does somebody know if I can do this with the same striptubes used for the calibration? Do I need to prepare a new striptubes? Thank you very much for advance.

- Factory Calibration: The device comes pre-calibrated for optical and thermal accuracy.
- User Calibration: Calibration is generally only needed: After a firmware or major software update. If you're using custom dyes or non-standard reaction volumes. If the device’s optical or thermal performance drifts over time.
- The Chai software may also prompt calibration checks at certain intervals or after detecting anomalies.
