Does storage of fecal samples in excessive ethanol affect DNA concentration ?

I m doing diet analysis via metabarcoding. Since I have stored faecal samples in an excessive quantity of ethanol ,so I need answer of this question

Bonjour, j’y pense! La concentration des échantillons peuvent être influencer par l’éthanol surtout s’il est absolu (100%). L’éthanol est un solvant utilisé lors de la purification des acides nucléiques notamment l’ADN. L’éthanol n’est pas un bon concervateur.
