Does somebody use Human soluble a-Klotho ELISA Kit (IBL, Cat# 27998) for measurements in organs homogenates ?

I need to detect Human soluble a-Klotho in mice tissue homogenates. The kit (Human soluble a-Klotho ELISA Kit (IBL, Cat# 27998)) works well with plasma and serum, manufacturer also mentioned urine and cell supernatant. The question is about tissue homogenates: does anybody use it for this purpose?
