In my experience, mesenchymal stem cell basically express many lineage markers by default. These included as neuronal and chondrogenic markers. As for the cardiomyocytes, It doesn't expect that they do express such markers. You must be notified that cell adhesion of the MSCs may introduce linage differentiation of them, so higher passage (above 5th) or high confluencey must be avoided, precautionary. Myocyte differentiation is the most spontaneous differentiated lineage in the MSCs.

MSCS can express the markers you referred to once they start to differentiate or are exposed to an environment that favours cardiomyocyte differentiation.
As mentioned by others something in your culture conditions is causing your MSCs to express cardiomyocyte markers. You can try changing the culture conditions and then assay for the markers
