Is it possible for aqueous hyaluronic acid solution to aggregate when entering to the colloidal nanosolution with pH about 3-4 ?
I want to add hyaluronic acid to coat the colloidal nanoparticles.
Is it necessary to raise the pH of the nanoparticle solution above 4 before adding of hyaluronic acid solution into the nanoparticle solution in order to maintain the stability of the solubility of hyaluronate in nanosolution ?

Hyaluronic acid contains hydroxyl and amine groups in the molecule; it is an oligomer. If it is used as a stabilizer, then it is necessary to know the structure of the surface of nanoparticles. If acidic solutions are used, the positively charged NH group will be ionized and the adsorption of the acid will be better for negatively charged nanoparticles. Stabilization with polymers is associated with an increase in the viscosity of solutions and the gain in Gibbs energy is achieved at the second minimum, that is, at a certain distance of the stabilizer from the nanoparticle.

nanoparticle is composed of hydrophobic protein and the zeta potential of the nanoparticle is positive. Therefore, is it possible for them to repel each other in acidic pH?
