Hi everyone!

I'm performing an ex vivo experiment with tumor tissue slices. My idea is to inyect nanoparticles into the slice and, in orther to know where exactly did the inyection take place, I'd like to paint with Green Ink (VWR; REF: 01816201) a little dot right where the inyection was performed. After the inyection, slices would be cultured for 24h and 48h in standard conditions. The problem is I can't find whether this dye is toxic for my tissue sections, so viability is compromised, or not.

It would be really usefull if someone has had this problem before and knows how to cope with it or if anyone has worked with this dye and can tell me its toxicity properties.
