Dear RG experts

Reviewing a manuscript is a voluntary work. A good reviewer always requires and reflects the knowledge, expertise, interest in research and serves as a helping hand to new researchers in developing new ideas. Apart from the Bio-data/CV, does being a reviewer have any significance in their academic scores? For example, publishing a paper in good impact factor journal always adds some points (API scores). So, I would like to know about the valuable contributions of reviewers? How it is added to their academic scores?

Your valuable comment and suggestions are most welcome.

Thank you
