There is a 7 year olf child who suffered a traumatic head injury with a substantial brain hemorrage and a craniectomy was done to relieve pressure thus avoiding medulla herniation. A temporal cellulose seal was put in place and after a year we observed a total replenishment of the affected cranial bones without the need of any fhrther action. Is it novel enough to grant publication?
