Does anyone know what the normal concentrations of Estradiol and testosterone are in the rodent ovary?

I am looking for normal levels of estrogens and testosterone in the rodent ovary to estimate appropriate levels of DES and Testosterone propionate for in vitro culture looking at estrogenic and androgenic effects.

Please clarify your question. Do you want to know levels in the follicular fluid, corpus luteum, ovarian stroma, ovarian cortex, ovarian medulla or what part of the ovary? Also, what cells are you culturing? Finally, are you interested in the steroid binding proteins in circulation that might regulated exchange between circulation and cells.
