Does anyone know the expression profile for Sox9 in ATDC5 cell line.?

I induced chondrogenesis using 1% Insulin transferrin selenium media and checked using qPCR primers for Sox9. I am facing a few problems as I don't get a consistent trend for the expression of Sox9. Let me know if anybody has tried doing that.
