It's a standard Novolac/DNQ resist, so it should be stable in a 30% peroxide solution unless adhesion at the substrate/resist interface is inferior. Oxygen bubbles produced by peroxide decomposition will be generated preferentially at the edges of your pattern and may cause lift-off.
