Every website, including the manufacturer's, simply states that there is a yellow and blue dye with absorption spectrum between 225-300nm, and with excitation peaks at 488nm and 600-700nm.

This question was asked quite a while ago but I'll add my answer for posterity; GoTaq (and Phire's) green reaction buffers almost certainly contain a mix of xylene cyanol and orange G. https://openwetware.org/wiki/File:Agarose_gel_dyes.jpg this image shows migration rates for different loading dyes, and it's consistent with what I've seen when using these PCR buffers.
