Hello, I am interested in endocytosis from the plasma membrane and would like to block it. The problem is that, for example, a well-known molecule used for this purpose is "dynasor" which is a dynamin-dependent endocytosis inhibitor. As I know dynamin is also present in other intracellular compartments and in this case dynasor would also block, for example, the detachment of the vesicles from the Golgi or ER. Do you know of an acute inhibitor that only inhibits endocytosis from the plasma membrane?
(excluding siRNAs).
Thank you!!
