Does anyone know how to tissue culture moss without contamination?

I had tried surface sterilize the moss but it came out with fungal contamination...high concentration of surfactant turned out yellowed moss and dead...does anyone tried before?

thanks for sharing but I have no problem on aseptic technique as I had deal with many plants mainly crop plants...moss is much more different from woody trees, thus I need people who have experience on it to share protocol of surface sterilization...
