28 February 2024 2 10K Report

I see in some references like doi: 10.1021/acs.analchem. 1c02335 and /10.1016/j.colsurfb.2022.113114, mention that it is necessary to dilute the concentration of surfactant during the process of cross-linking of droplet microfluidic produced calcium alginate microgel. kind of wonder why it is necessary to take this dilution step, is it for the better exchange of substance in and out of the droplet? need to read some scientific explanation to back up the necessity of this step.
