Does anyone know how to perform tuckey test and compact letter display?

I have optimized the extraction of polyphenols using BBD via RSM. I carried out the extractions in triplicates and performed TPC assay on them. Hence, for each run I have 3 extraction with 3 TPC values. I need to perform tuckey test on it, but I am unable to do so as I have no knowledge regarding it.
