I have been working on meal worm breeding for about a year, and I have a small farm .
I encountered a problem recently. When a pupa is born and becomes a beetle, a large number of them have hands , legs and tentacles and are alive but born without wings.
Please let me know what should I do to fix this problem.

The lack of wings or wrinkled wings is a symptom of lack of moisture. Try to increase the humidity in the terrarium or in the breeding room with a humidifier or spraying water. Also improve your diet with other protein options. Protein sources commonly used to complement the diet of Tenebrio molitor include beer yeast, casein and soy protein. What diet are you currently using ?

So the black cover wings are missing?
Is the population in your terrarium high? Maybe they disturb or nibble each other.
Try to separate some of the pupa. Or put in some possibility's to hide.
Usually they try to find a hidden place for the last metamorphosis.
Have you changed something ? You said its recently?
Or its genetically ?? Inbreeding too long? But i don't know if this can happen that is just a idea?

For Tenebrio molitor, this situation indicates on insufficient humidity, as already pointed on by Mr. Constantino.
I recommend you to use one of numerous existing methodologies for establishing more productive breeding process.
