Dear all!
I am trying to buy a set of reference light-sources (ideally Ga-In-N based MWQ) with known emitter material and known structure. Since both are more or less IP of the companies most don't seem to be very willing to share.
The reason I need both is that I want to compare organic, inorganic and hybrid emitter, but we do not fabricate inorganic emitter in my lab and neither do our current collaborators!
Any hint is greatly appreciated!

I think it is hard to get commertial diodes with their internal structure defined as you hinted before. AS a proposal you can try to get samples via this society:"LED professional Team" .
