Does anyone here use chitinase, beta-glucanase and chitosanase?

Does anyone here use chitinase, beta-glucanase and chitosanase as a preventive reagent for fungal and/or yeast in cell culture?

I found someone in reseachgate recommended this over fungizone.

are a way less robust than what it appears like from the literature.
