I'm preparing PANC-1 spheroid culture with agarose-coated 96 well plate (using an agarose coating in Medium withour FBS and then seeding cells in completed medium). My spheroids after 4 days are already formed but I have some problems with the growth monitor. My questions are:
it has been reported that spheroids derived from some cell lines do not growth after formation (as is suggested by the following paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19214182). Does anyone have experience with PANC-1 spheroids?
Could you please suggest me some nutrients that maybe can be added in medium to increase their growth?
