Hello,
I would like to use one a osmotic pumps (from Alzet) to delivery L-NIO in mice. There are many types of osmotic pumps and I don't know which one fits better to my experiment.
The experiment conditions are the following one:
Agent to deliver: L-NIO (a Nitric Oxide Synthase Inhibitors)
Route of administration: preferably i.p.
Specie: mice
Weight: +/- 30g
Experiment duration: 3 weeks
Delivery rate: I have doubts about that but I don't want to infuse the agent into solid tissue.
Does anyone have experience with osmotic pumps?

You could try to ask an expert of the company if theses pumps appear to be suitable for your project, or to support you to find the most suitable one for your substance. There may be different pumps for different types of approaches.

Basing on your experiment conditions, I think that model1004 is your best choice.
