Caffeine is currently advocated for post dural LP headache. I would like to use it in intravenous form for other types of headache.
I have tried for stress headache and also it can be used to help prevent migraines attacks before they even begin in combinatiuon with paracitamol....

is there any clinical trial to compere caffeine with some other drugs? My aim is to find non opioid pain medication with less side effect than NSAIDs. I would be glad to access your resource about this.

In some instance such as international sanction against my country (IRAN), we experienced so problems that make me sure that we need some other choice that can be used instead of acetaminophen and I tried to find it. So thanks for the useful link about caffeine.
