My laboratory has been using Quartzy for about two years. We love it. For larger labs, it cuts down on the need to communicate directly with the lab manager every time a product is needed. You simply submit your request and the manager gets an email. When they order the item, you get another email telling you it is ordered. When the item is received, it sends another email telling you that it has been received and where the item is located. You can communicate back and forth about backorders, etc. My favorite part is that once an item is requested, if Quartzy can locate a better price from another vendor, then you will be notified that you can get the item cheaper. If you accept the offer, you simply order directly through the site and get free shipping. Quartzy sends you monthly itemized inventory reports and monthly spend reports which can be itemized via account. It is fully customizable as well. I highly recommend it.
