We wish to buy a multifunction microplate reader (Absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence))))) and we have contacted TECAN, Perkin Elmer and Molecular devices. I would like to know if someone had bad experience with one of them, regarding robustness of the device (regular breakdown) or bad customers service. Any other details will be interesting!
