I'm also looking for a company that sells annexin v for this purpose.

I may be wrong, but I do not think your proposed in vivo experiment is possible. Annexin v occurs naturally in the plasma. For your proposed blocking experiment you would need a very large excess of annexin, which 1) would be prohibitively expensive and 2) who knows what unintended consequences such a potent infusion may cause.
