Does anybody know why the transverse vortex force exerted on a SCR decreases as the suction resistance factor gets a higher value?

The transverse vortex force and in line vortex force exerted on a SCR have the maximum value near and in the TDZ when the seabed in modeled nonlinear. As the suction resistence has a higher value these forces have a less amount and vice versa. I would be appreciate if anyone explain about this phenomenon.
