I use VennMaster because it's point and click. 

Also, it's area proportional (Euler diagrams not Venn). But it can't show the type of image you gave (with many overlaps).

Marlene Freyburger won! :-) Easy and nice TADA effect... Unfortunately not commandline, so good for a single Venn Diagram, but I'd probably go for the R package VennDiagram if I needed several diagrams generated... :-)
